These are the illustration steps for installing the fittings on the pipes:
After Cutting the pipe at 90 deg, clean & taper the pipe, then insert the Cup, Clamping Ring & the O-Ring on the Pipe consecutively with the O-Ring on the cut edge & the clamping ring directly attached to it.
Push the Body along the Pipe axis. Before screwing the locking cup on the body, make sure that the pipe inserted a distance “L” in the body & the clamping Ring hit the O-ring.
Use special wrench or strip wrench for full screwing in large Pipes making sure that the mouth of the Locking Cup goes beyond the last thread of the body.
